# Token metrics

This section provides an overview of the numbers behind GOOD.

The full token allocation and release schedule (often colloquially referred to as “tokenomics”) is available [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eRh671vNSuG7rO6tZHpis2Qwqg-Bw8FxSAg255hzM6E/edit?gid=1758866497#gid=1758866497).

Vesting contracts are [here](https://app.streamflow.finance/project-dashboard/solana/mainnet/goodX4LG92UAcRdFRUykfP2fAfzQAVttrToEPxtxSkp).

### Token allocation

The GOOD token distribution prioritizes community ownership and long-term platform growth.

Only 4.33% of the supply was allocated to token sales, with a meaningful portion offered to early platform adopters through community pre-sales, not just institutions.

While we’re backed by leading institutional partners, their allocation was deliberately limited to prevent early supply overhang.

Over 70% of all tokens are reserved for ecosystem growth, including [incentives](/ecosystem/trading-rewards.md), [development](/dex-trading-spot/upcoming-functionality.md), and marketing support, ensuring value flows back into the goodcryptoX ecosystem and its users:

### Release schedule

Only 2% of the total supply is unlocked at launch, with the rest subject to a long-term release schedule designed to protect token health and reward committed participation.

Team, partners, and presale investors are subject to vesting with meaningful cliffs, including no tokens available to insiders during the first six months. All vesting contracts are publicly trackable.

GOOD has a fixed supply of 1B tokens, and ongoing burns permanently reduce that number over time.
